The level of uptake of consulting work by small businesses is

need between small and large organisations.
With this in mind, we have developed an approach to
charging which is highly flexible which will address the difficulties
experienced by the small to medium sized business owner.
The way we charge tends to fall within a range of
models depending on the circumstances. These models include:

Complimentary initial conversations with no
obligation to continue

Daily rates which are manageable to the smaller
business

Project rates due on completion of certain
delivered criteria

Contingent fees due only on achievement of
certain business performance. This will, by definition be a
net gain solution for the business owner.

Equity participation with potential investment if
the growth opportunity is suitable
Certain
of the above models will only apply in certain situations where
measurable returns are achievable.
